This policy explains what data Hivebus collects when you buy or use it, why we collect it, who processes it, and how you can access or delete it. Hivebus is operated by Obsta Labs LLC (United States), the controller responsible for your data.
We keep our data collection deliberately small. When you purchase or start a trial, we store:
We never see or store your card details. Payment information is collected and held entirely by Stripe; it never reaches our servers.
We use this data only to deliver what you paid for: issuing and validating your license, sending transactional email (your key, trial and billing links), processing renewals, and handling cancellations and support.
We share data only with the processors needed to run the service:
We do not share your data with anyone else.
We retain your license and billing records for as long as your subscription is active and afterwards for the period required to meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Pending trial and billing-link tokens are short-lived and expire automatically. You can request deletion at any time (see below); records we are legally required to keep are the only exception.
You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To make any of these requests, email privacy@obstalabs.dev and we will respond promptly. You can also manage or cancel your subscription yourself at any time from the subscription management page.
Obsta Labs LLC operates from the United States and serves customers on a US-first basis. If you are a California resident, the CCPA/CPRA gives you the right to know what personal information we collect, to access it, and to request its deletion. Because we do not sell personal information, there is nothing to opt out of. Exercise any of these rights by emailing privacy@obstalabs.dev.
If we change this policy we will update the date above. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
